I have a 2 year old son called Joseph with my fiance, Paul. I have a passion for cooking healthy, nutritous meals for children. I love including hidden vegetables!!

I am the cook and also the gate keeper for Louise!

I have been employed at Scallywags for 9 years.

I am married to Heath and have recenty had a baby boy named Ethan so I am currently on maternity leave. I also love to take my 15 year old neice bowling and to the cinema.

I enjoy good food and weekends away at the seaside.
