Babies and toddlers are cared for with a staff ratio of 1:3 in their own unit with direct access to their own garden through french doors to 2 of the 3 rooms.
Babies have their own designated room and so do the toddlers but they also share a third room at lunch time and for messy play and other activities.
They have a change area and a small kitchen so that the staff are not taken away from the unit while preparing food or bottles.
The outdoor play area has a covered play house and a gazebo so there is lots of shelter from the sun. The french doors from the babies room and the toddlers room allow the children to choose when they want to go outside and they can free flow. Both inside and outside are staffed so that the children can choose their preference as often as possible.
Local walks through the neighbourhood and to the park are also taken when the staffing allows!
