Full fees are payable for any days that your child is scheduled to attend Nursery even if some sessions are missed due to sickness or holidays.
Fees are calculated on a pro rata basis. The preferred method of payment is direct debit and child-care vouchers.
Payment may also be made by standing order or cheque but a late penalty will be applied for payment made after the due date.
As a courtesy to staff it is appreciated if you can let your unit manager know in advance if holidays are going to be taken.
We require parents to contact nursery if your child is going to be absent from nursery for ANY reason in order to ensure the safeguarding of all children.
